Terms · Kroma

Plain rules, visible limits.

Kroma helps you save media, prepare captions, and publish or share content to connected platforms. Use it lawfully and follow each connected platform’s rules.

01 · Use of Kroma

Use app and website lawfully.

By using Kroma or the NexaraTech website, you agree to use them only as permitted by applicable law and the applicable Apple App Store terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, exploit, disrupt, or misuse Kroma or the website except where a restriction is prohibited by law.

You are responsible for your device, Apple Account, connected platform accounts, permissions, and the content or instructions you provide to Kroma.

02 · Your content

You keep ownership of your work.

You keep ownership of media, captions, notes, tags, transcripts, and other content you import or create. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to store, export, publish, or share that content.

NexaraTech does not claim ownership of your creator content. The app’s local storage and security features do not change the rules of a platform you choose to use.

03 · Publishing

A prepared post is not always a published post.

Direct publishing depends on platform availability, account status, permissions, network access, valid credentials, and platform review. A platform may reject, delay, change, remove, or limit content or an account.

Assisted publishing opens a platform or system share surface. Kroma records the handoff state when it can, but it does not confirm final posting for assisted platforms. Do not rely on a Kroma status alone as proof that a third-party platform accepted or kept a post.

04 · Subscriptions

Apple manages App Store billing.

Kroma may offer monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Apple processes the transaction, manages billing, and provides purchase and subscription controls. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple account settings. A cancellation normally stops renewal but does not necessarily remove access before the current paid period ends.

Kroma uses its subscription entitlement service to decide access to paid features. An App Store purchase, restore, or entitlement result does not give NexaraTech ownership of your content.

05 · Availability

Features can change.

NexaraTech may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue part of the website or Kroma. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep information accurate and services available, but the website and app are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

NexaraTech is not responsible for third-party platform outages, rejected posts, deleted content, lost platform access, or account enforcement by a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
